Went to the Sacramento office on Ethan Way. Were not able to meet with a dentist/orthodontist to get any questions answered regarding whether my daughter was a good candidate, but were inadvertently put on a "fast track" for payment, and still do not know whether it will work. Luckily I had a bad feeling about it, called the Customer Service number, and they fixed this. We will be going elsewhere...

Got daytime aligners during the beginning of COVID which I thought would be good timing. They didn't work, they painfully cut the tongue and bled from speaking during the day. They promised us with starting over with night time aligners on the house would work. Unfortunately during the 3rd shutdown during COVID we lost income and work to the point where we couldn't afford payments. Then I was threatened with collections. I understand I committed to a total cost but I told them after I got sufficient income again I would like up payments where I left off to eventually pay it off, but they said I had to pay it in full- no monthly payments allowed anymore since I missed payments from a loss of income. I repeated to them I could afford payments and I would be happy to go back to payments in order to get the guaranteed results from night time aligners. They denied my payments offer and proceeded to sent me to collections. I emailed them constantly and they said, sorry not sorry, not our problem. So, I am in a deficit of hundreds of dollars just to end up with crooked teeth and a collections company harassing us. I will continue to contact SDC until they ask, did we make you smile today, and I can answer with a yes.

Staff was super warm and friendly! The office was very clean and well organized. Check in was very quick and convenient. The 3D scan was the best part! It was so cool to watch and actually got to see more up close of my mouths design. Stephanie was awesome to work with! She was very informative and had such a great personality! Over all I am extremely happy with the visit and CAN’T WAIT to start my journey.

My experience was Great..Not what I expected! The staff really listens and makes you feel comfortable. They have great options to pay and the prices are affordable. Made appointments before but never followed through,I’m so happy I kept this one. My Smile Guide Rue was Awesome felt completely comfortable talking to him..Thanks for making my experience Wonderful! Hope to get my plan going soon! Highly Recommend coming here!!!!

Nothing against this location - I was always met by friendly staff. This review is for the company, which is trash. I used this service to make room for me to get an implant for a missing tooth. I went through three different cycles with them and the space that needed to get bigger got smaller! Whoever is “looking over” your care is not actually doing anything substantial. Mu suspicion is they use a program that straightens teeth, which it did do, at the expense of my missing tooth that now has less room than before. When I requested a refund, they offered me a partial. I urged them to reconsider as they made my problem worse and they offered me less money back! My advice is pay a little more money to go to a legit orthodontist. Trying to save a few bucks going to a less expensive service has doubled my cost rather than save me money.
